Are Our Food Choices Rational?
Green website TreeHugger has concerns about some of the conclusions reached in Voting With Your Trolley (trolley=British supermarket cart), a recent article in The Economist that looks critically at the practices of the Organic, Fair Trade, and Local Food movements.
